Well, young generation do speak English..As for adults, mostly they speak Russian

Well, that depends. Mikheil Saakashvili speaks english at a native level, but the average countryside grandma who went to school during the Stalin era doesn't.

Like nachkeba said, the younger generation learns english while the older learned russian.
