thats because Cicos an excellent power head, and he is a good judge. He also has Katsu to pretty much judge the style portion. Just because he lacks style doesn't mean he isn't incapable of judging and he's just a nobody

I love his hip cat type swagger. I dont know how to explain that, but it makes him stand out! He has style, power, musicality, originality, and foundation. Got to love complete bboys like him, Noodle, Crumbs, So, Storm, Born and so on. its what makes legends to have traits like those.
