    I don't see how 2 ½ minutes (seconds...?) of being informed to modify or avoid certain poses during pregnancy or menstruation, to move at one's own pace in order to maintain easy breathing, rest at discomfort, and info about the benefits of the practice is lawyer talk (rarely are lawyers that helpful in just 2 ½ minutes), but if I'm not clever enough to see this as lawyer talk (not being an American) I nevertheless have a suggestion: fast forward until you see movement.

  • I don't really get these videos, they take several minutes with all the arse-covering stuff at the start then they attempt to teach you techniques that should really only be taught one on one by a well-practiced teacher. It's all very well to give the "take care" advice but people being people will usually go and do dumb thing because that's what they do.

    Another thing. When she is demonstrating the technique she should engage Jalandhara Bandha, check out the excessive throat movement.
