This festival is a great idea and giving some non Indiewood films a shot. We've got a submission video up on our channel. Come on by for a visit and say 'hey.'
The way we created this film festival was to reach out to 4 films we knew that were really good and had yet to meet their full potential. We asked them to participate and set an example to attract a lot more films. So far, any promotion we as a festival provide is nothing compared to how much attention these films can get for themselves by first making a good movie and then making a solid submission video and really encouraging that to spread all around online.
Right and I had seen a couple of the four (and they both were really good) but to have the four filmmakers(or atleast a couple i have seen in videos) be your spokesmen and to also have full rights to be in the "contest" seems a bit biased. I suppose if one other than the four won the distribution prize I would be happy.
awesome! im working on a movie (bit shit tho!)
i love some of those films they look really cool! =)

These guys show cased a few indie directors before the competition even began. It would have been nice to see a group truly unbiased

I'm not actually going to college for filmmaking. Beacasue its a waste of money, when I can teach myself at home.
