@n4mjg1 It is a custom mount I made, It use to be a radio mount that came out of a police car (got it from an auction), I removed the radio cage, put a block of wood on, used part of the mount that came with the 350, wood screws, and there it is. I like it much better then the suction cup mount, they only thing that I don't like is it is not easy to remove if I have to park in a bad location, other wise. I had pictures of it once, they may still be on my twitpic.com/photos/kd8bxp page
@n4mjg1 I just looked the pictures on the site, are of the old way I had it mounted, still with a block of wood - same idea, just mounted on the dash instead of the radio mount
@HMybach the display is very bright, and is quite easy to see, I did this video for a man who asked about the navigation error - and the points where the camera was able to see the display are very good, and demonstrate it quite well. I think my camera just couldn't handle the bright display, when I put my hand up near it, and darken it up, works great. but it is one of the best displays in day light for human eyes. very easy to read very easy to see, almost too bright at night.
what mount are you using ?
