I saw spirit a lot as a child+teenager, but as an adult my experiences became less about 'seeing' spirit, and more about feeling energy and having inner awareness/strengthening of my intuition - a kind of knowledge of things but not quite knowing why or how I knew. I thought this was due to a weaking of my energy, but I realise now that it was simply evolving. It's so refreshing to hear you 2 speak - it makes us feel more comfortable and at peace with our own experiences. Thankyou! :)

For me the most important message from this vid is at 7.20 about intention. I used to try and meditate and set the energy for the day and gave up it did not work for me.... I resonate very deeply with the early experiences you speak of, although mine were relatively tame, that has been my path. I recognized only many years later what these experiences were, as synchronicity led me further to create a coherent understanding of the geometric visions of vortexes which I felt as though I was passing through before sleep as a child. Amazing! It is so simillar to me! When I was a little child, I knew that you don't just die..and that's it. I always told myself stories and loved magic in all my heart. I'm interested in lucid dreaming, my first exprience was scary for me because I was so natural in that, I wasn't waking up! So my fear blocked it a little. I remember like my bed was lifting with me, when I was very yound, and remember that I saw a man in school, which wasn't alive. And I'm also acting in theater. I'm almost 17.

I wish I could astral project. I remember when I was smaller I could feel the pull, it was very strange back then, and I wasn't sure what it was, but I never feel it anymore. I hope it starts to happen again I miss that feeling :(.

I have felt these things too. more so with speaking. They tell me i am autistic, and i have a hard time communicating to people though words. i will stop in mid sentence, or stutter, or be unable to find the words to explain my thoughts. I feel frustrated cause I feel and remember a time in which i could transfer my thoughts as a form of communication. I didn't have to turn it into words, others would just receive my ideas. There are better ways of communicating.

i really enjoyed this&would appreciate if you read one of my early experiences. i'm 19. when i was between the ages of 4-7 i remember staring at the lamp in my living room, I starred at the switch & focused on how someone else was going to turn it off, & it the switch moved all by itself. it scared me but i remained calm because i didn't know what happened, now i'm pushing for that telekinesis because i've done it before.1 other thing I woke up from a flying dream at 15& my blankets gusted wind
