@talon2mech actually 25ft from the center of the road is city property(usually right passed the sidewalk. Thats why they clear ditches and fix sidewalks without your permission. This guy can still press charges and it would be considered trespassing but, if fought the tresspassing charge would fall and the theft charge would stick due to the property being being the cities public property. Just thought I would spread some knowledge no offense intended :)
