these chords still work even if the guitar is tuned down a full step, right? also, I have D tuning, would it sound good if I played the scale as if m guitar was in E tuning or should i play the scales as if my guitar is in D tuning?

@Slaxl18 I'm guessing everything you'll play will just be one full step lower.

As for the scales, you need to play in whatever key you are trying to accomplish.

If you are a full step down and you want to produce sounds from the key of D major you'd have to play your scales as if you were playing in E major.

I think that's what you asked. sorry if the question wasn't directed towards me, just trying to help.
