For those who don't know, this Japanese group is imitating the Vocal Majority of Dallas, TX, one of the best Barbershop choruses in the world.
They introduced this David Wright arrangement of "Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho" and its choreography in their "Swan Set" at the 1994 (IIRC) International Convention in Atlanta (IIRC). It has been their signature song ever since.
There is a poor quality YouTube video of the VM doing this, under the wrong name: "O Holy Night."
I'm glad to see this back! It was on YouTube™ before under the name "Joshua Fit the Battle of Jerico - v2.0" or some such, but was removed for copyright violation (the song itself has long since been P.D. [close to two centuries old, I'd guess], so only the arrangement and/or choreography could be considered copyrighted).
As I said on that video's Comments, for the Vocal Majority to answer this properly, they would need to do a traditional Japanese song, Japanese style. ;-)
impressive
