question, I'm wondering how that neck PUP would sound on the clean channel of my Fender Twin Reverb? I mean I have tele's for most all my playing needs but lately I've been looking for a guitar to get me out of a stylistic rut. Basically i'd run it through my pedalboard from hell. but does that neck PUP STING? is the Humbucker dark and flabby? or is this a worthwhile buy?
thank you very much! you helped me alot, coz the neck is the first thing i'm watching when buying a guitar....i couldnt make up my mind whether to buy a jackson or a bc rich...now i know, thx man!
can u please tell me about the neck, is it shreddy enough, i mean what dimensions are at the 1st fret is it like fender's neck or is it thinner/fatter?
The neck is very thin. Its meant for shredding. No, it's not like a strat. It's comfortable for long sets of playing though. Satin finish on the back. Its got a unique feel to it. The old slogan of this axe in the 80's was "built for speed". It sits somewhere inbetween an Ibanez Wizard Prestige and en ESP M-II. Hope this helps
Is that guitar good for Eddie-kind-of-stuff ? Kinda question by me considering this is a reissue of a guitar from the 80's.. But I want to be sure, it's hard to tell from simple videos even though your playing is excelent. BTW, how much does that axe cost?
Using a pick to tap is newby lol. Not to mention it really flushes down a lot of the potential quality in a tap riff/solo.

I thought the neck was unfinished...

feels like satin to me. It's extremely smooth and silky on the back. If you want unfinished, just grab some sandpaper ;)
