Great question. Unfortunately no there is no order. If I were you i would start with this and then do 7,6,5,etc. The first ones I did were more advanced than intermediate so they are actually harder. I am working a series of "real classes" not just combinations, but that is going to take a while and won't be free. You should check out tapdancelssons(dot)com because I have all thse lessons plus more free resources like my tap dance dictionary.
