I just started playing my Madden '07 the other day. At the time, I tought it was weird, stiff and an overall sucky Madden experience. Playing it now, it's fine. I was being a drama queen. The new ones ain't really any better.

I wish I still had '02 when Kung Fu Ricky was still in the free agent pool.

and Madden 08 are all crappy on the Xbox 360 and PS3 Madden 09 was the first great one to appear on the next gen consoles. The graphics in 06 - 08 are just garbage

I really dont know why people love past Madden copared to now. I love Madden and I always try to buy the newest one. I have the Madden 11 demo and EA has really stepped up their game. Dus Johnson is a new announcer and I love the way he shouts when a big play happens. The new gameflow makes you feel like an NFL quarterback. if you plug in a 360 headset you hear the coordinators voice through it. It feels like a real game.

I also prefer 2K. I still own NFL 2K5 and APF 2K8.

But Back Breaker is an awful game, truly awful.
