@vivilotus92 Thanks! I tend to speed-shift sometimes, but not intentionally. :) No, I don't use GPL shift because I don't have a shifter, just a MS wheel with paddles and buttons, so I'm using normal sequential shifting. GL for your practice! BTW, why not join us at UKGPL? New season has just started and we have multiple divisions for all mods, except 69. Website is UKGPL dot COM
@hristoitchov Ok, I'm using it, I'll see what I can do :) and I'd really like to join but for the moment I really don't have enough free time, just for some laps the weekend and that's all, because of studies - but I'm considering joining for the future. If you want to check my level I uploaded some vids with the '67 mod ;)
@vivilotus92 Ah, I see, well we have races on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, all in the evening, so looking forward to seeing you there eventually. I'll check out your videos. :)
Ah brings back memories. Silverstone was a good track for GPL, lots of fast sweepers, quick downshift and drift through it, touching grass on the exit.
Good shifting too. Most vids I watch, people bounce off the limiter instead of letting off the gas to make the change. I guess if damage is off it doesn't matter.
@fafaforza Well, most videos (most of mine too really) are of hotlaps where you extract the maximum from the car and not really care about damaging the engine. In league races I definitely avoid speed-shifting though. :) GPL is still strong and going, so if you're looking for a league to race again with, check out UKGPL (link in video description).

Really nice driving !
+1 for the shifting too, I can't stand speed-shifting, just because of the sound :P
I think I'll practice this weekend to see how far I am from you :)
btw, are you using gplshift ?
