Oh, well, you understate computers. Many modern PCs need a 1MW power source so it's just about enough to power source one million computers, or air conditioners, or ovens... It's not inimaginable. The thing is, it's all in a freaking car.

Horsepower is just another unit of power, so there has to be a relative value between the watt and the horsepower.
