I'm sure that deep fried catfish is amazing. I used to marinade catfish overnight, then pan fry it. I would slice some munster over it on a toasted onion roll. It was la bomba.

I actualy like durian. The little thai joint down the steet from me (I live on what they call"eat street" in minneapolis) The nice old lady gets a kick out of the fact that I order the fresh durian drink with tapioca pearls. She says" most Amaricans" and  then holds her nose and makes a peeew noise :-)
