  • How does he play with such ease? incredible

  • very cool!

  • wow!

  • Smokin so hard!!

  • .......and the complete video please?

  • oh yeah...willis smokes it again...

  • God is in the house.

  • God, would someone please move that mike/music stand? The playing, as usual, is quite terrifying. I really liked his first solo album (never heard the second one) and most all the Tribal Tech stuff.

Willis seems painfully aware of the dynamics with which he plays. I think that awareness is indicative of musical maturity. I love all sorts of bass players, but you just don't see that sort of thing every day.

  • caron and willis thats the great one of the fretless

  • maybe, but willis it´s a unique

own bass voice and revolutionary concept and sixteenth's groove definition

    there´s no one

  • he is indeed such a gifted monsterplayer!

i love his first two solo albums too!

  • Szendőfi forever!!

  • Good grief Willis is a groove monster.

  • Got that right, very underrated. The only way to play like him is to use the very specific technique and setup he employs, which in my mind makes him a really unique and special talent....and as you said, he grooves more than any bassist alive and has some wonderful solo ideas as well. I wish he was more of a house-hold name.
