@GearsOfSonic that would cost more to buy a new disk drive and get someone to open your xbox for you, just buy a 4g xbox until you can upgrade to a 250 or whatever hard drive

You all must reposition your drives lens, or clean it with alcohol, and clean out your xboxes. Taking the plastic cover and removing DVD drive is easy, takes 20-40 minutes and it will work like new.

wow dude your MW2 doesnt work either. But i think it would be better to install your game the very first time you play it though. nonetheless, thanks for the help, i finally managed to get it installed.
