  • So, I will buy better P.B. and measure with a tablespoon.

    I had one slice today for a total of 300 calories counting the bread! I will cut out 5,600 calories a week making this change!

    Red the labels is the lesson for me. Also, I "thought" if it didn't say "trans fats" that is was okay.

    Man, time to hit the gym.

  • I've been working out hard and not losing weight. Then I read the back of the skippy(sp?) peanut butter jar after watching this. To keep this short. I am eating a great breakfast, but I work from home, so for lunch I would quickly eat two slices of bread folded over with P. Butter. Yesterday after reading the jar, I now know I was eating 1,200 calories for lunch! I would LOAD it on and take a knife full before I put it on the bread and maybe one one knife full after putting it on the bread!!
