I wouldn't want to live there. It's not natural, it's artificial, it's just a big hotel. Beautiful view? are you kidding?....some water and a few houses u call that a view? I rather live up in the mountains surrounded by nature than living in a man made hotel....in a few years all that will be under water.

im not sure about the water within the palm. Wouldnt it be stagnant which could allow the build up of toxins and wastes. Because without the ocean currents to carry that stuff away and maintain an equilibrium with the entire ocean, then the water could get dirty at quite a fast rate.
