As much as I hate this embecile, that was the one moment of his whole presidency when I actually had a bit of sympathy for him - could identify with him as a fellow human being.
And for anyone studying comedy - his reaction to the locked door is priceless! The disbelief and the second attempt to open it and the final acceptance and resignation to his predicament.. Charlie Chaplin couldn't have done better.
