i just made this! it took about 5 minutes, and i tried without pealing the garlic, the vitamix pulverized everything nicely. amazing recipe thank you for sharing :)
I made this today and it's GREAT. Thanks for this video. Heartily recommend this indulgence, especially for people new to raw food. Extremely easy yet the health and vibrancy pulses from it. Appreciate the time you took to share your knowledge.
Hi Natalia! This recipe sounds awesome Parmesan peppercorn dressing is my fav and Martha and I just got a new blender too so we are going to try this out for dinner this week! Good luck with the contest!!! -Devin
Hi Natalia ~ I look forward to trying your dressing recipe. It looks fantastic!
If you'd like - you can actually leave the garlic skins on which is where a lot of the nutritents are (I think it was Rene Oswald I learned that from). As long as you're using a high speed blender, you're good to go. I do it all the time.
I make a strawberry dressing for my husband that has 21 grams of garlic cloves in it - that's a lot of garlic... I just make sure to crack off the root ball end (with the actual root hairs) and toss in the garlic with their attached skinsl! It's soooo easy :) Gotta love high speed blenders! (I've got a BlendTec)
