sorry,but this is too merry go country - doesnt reach by far faaaaaar lengths the unique majesty of bill monroe. theres something with bill ....no one seems to have understood his music deeply these days - all these remakes sound a far cry from the tenderness and greatness of MISTER BILL MONROE
This performance of the classic Bill Monroe tune is just great. I've enjoyed the recorded version on "Laurie Lewis and Her Bluegrass Pals" ever since the album came out. Keep up the good work! And yes, Craig Smith is one of the best.
