@ninjadude92584 Not really - the sun goes through a cycle of solar maximum-solar minimum quite regularly (back and forth every 11 years or so). We are still in an extended solar minimum at the moment (this relates to solar/sunspot activity) which leads some scientists to predict an above average solar maximum. I expect the greatest danger would be from the small possibility of coronal mass ejections knocking out satellites, though they do take precautions against this.
