Yes the phone comes with a smallish stylus and there is a spot to put it back into the phone so you dont lose it.

I've got no music on my version, but when you go into Tone Setup there's an option to browse Music and Audio files on the phone so looks like you can.

Best double check in a shop to be sure though.
