Not only is the artist amazing, the quality of this 1963 "Bell Telephone Hour" tape is amazing. Thank God for these television broadcasts.

Beautiful voice, beautifull stage presence and a very secure technique. Magnifique interprepation of " "Tacea la notte placida" . Verdi is very proud of Ms.Price.

I attended the joint debut of Price and Corelli in this opera at the Met. When she finished the cabaletta to "Tacea" Miss Price dashed off and the house applauded wildly to an empty stage for a very long time..
