The American Civil war was about states rights and not slavery, people need to stop believe the fairy tale lies they learn in grammar school. Europeans purchased African slaves from other Africans; Africans "kidnapped" other africans and sold them to white people. White people, alone, are not responsible for slavery in the western world. Secondly, if I remember correctly, it was white people who fought and died in the civil war to free black people. And it was white people in congress who passed the Civil Rights Act. And it's white people who passed affirmative action.

When a tribe lost a war to another tribe, the loosing side was enslaved. The European slave trade was started, by buying, already-enslaved Africans from Africa.

Let's just say CA has 54 electoral votes based on a pop. of 28 million...and....VA has 12 electoral votes based on a pop of 7 million.
If, in VA everyone but one voted for McCain however in CA 14.1 million voted for Obama and 13.9 million voted for McCain. McCain would have 13.9 + 7 million votes but only have 12 electoral votes while Obama has 14.1 million votes and 54 electoral votes.

Yes, he did exist, and Egypt is an Arab country in Northeast Africa (look at the damn map, please). I have no reason to make anything like that up. But Africa has a history of white 'intermixture', too. I heard some stories of border disputes where white South Africans were barred from crossing because the border patrols assumed the passports and documents were faked (since an African HAD to be black.) It doesn't mean you're wrong, it just means that they weren't necessarily wrong to list an African as white just because he was an African.
