As well as I know handling modification does not work on SA:MP just on normal San Andreas, The Skin doesn't modify it either...it's just a simple Infernus with a Bugatti skin...

sumfin i foud out is the real veyron stops from 256mph (the actual topspeed) it only takes ten..TEN FRIGGIN seconds and the wing mirrors were supposed to be different but they didnt change them because when they tested it with the better looking ones it took 0.002 seconds longer to get to sixty mph phew all that for 0.002 seconds and the other thing is that its so east to drive an old granny could safely drive it at top speed.

Actually your right it is really aerodynamic but the car was designed by Volkswagen...They went into a lot of trouble making the 1001bhp engine so I think this car is an engineering masterpiece :D
