The dog is probably like "I've been replaced by a walking green toaster!" I bought a pleo of my own off eBay for just $195. I'm currently waiting for it to be delivered, I plan to make it a boy and name him Sebastian. If I ever get a second pleo I'm going to make it a girl and name her Lisa.

Oh wow, I wanted one but the motor noise is just horrible...

Check every review on it. Playing with it, you quickly ignore the noise. Compared to all the other robotic pets, it makes just as much if not less noise than others.

The motor noise is not as badas it seems in the video. Keep in mind that the camera is inches away from the Pleo. It's definitely noticeable, but it's nowhere near as loud as you might think.
