This is way too laughable. Sure, some of it is correct (such as December 25th being linked to Pagan celebration), but other ideas are more related to pop culture and pseudo-history. This is way too laughable. Sure, some of it is correct (such as December 25th being linked to Pagan celebration), but other ideas are more related to pop culture and pseudo-history. The idea of what Santa is today is relatively recent, so trying to link it to Satan is to funny (especially the idea of red and the Devil, that too is recent and not Biblical). Then again holidays are about fun and happiness, two things that God apparently hates.

No, santa comes from the word saint. Santa claus is actually from a christian event in Holland and Belguim, where i come from. There he is called Sinter Klaas. And sinter klaas really sounds like Santa Claus. He is based on a bisshop that lived in Myra, a place in Turkey, around the fourth century AC.
