You are mistaken, this is a Green Route and Water Services Contract, time will reveal all and Ballincollig will become a place you go to rather than go through.
I think you could be mistaken that this is Green route work but rather putting down electric cables, water service etc. for the apartments which are going up on the right hand side of the road across from Colaiste Choilm...
