  • so is dying hair allowed and if so what type?

  • @jazybee99 hena you can buy it in muslim stores the powder brown stuff

  • DYEING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ISLAAM... it is allowed only with natural products like henna...

REASON...dyed areas are not exposed to the wudhu water..n this is main reason...not just changing hair color from white to black!

  • @

SubhanAllah this is why knowledge is important, dye is not covering the hair like makeup would do to the skin, makeup can prevent water from touching the skin because it is like a mask. If dying the hair prevents wudhu then Henna would do the same thing. Say you dye your hair to red from black, the black hair is not masked by red, your hair is now red, so the wudhu water is touching your hair. Now a days there are natural dyes. Leave the fatwas towards the scholars.

    Allahu Alim

  • And what about bikini wax?

  • how about trimming the eyebrow and shaving the middle part of the eyebrow? Are they also Haram? JazakumAllah

  • @2redpapers you are allowed to remove the hair from the middle part of ur eyebrow. Scholars have said that that part is not part of the eyebrows, whcih means you can remove it, the only thing you cant do is pluck your eyebrows, or change the shape, :)
