This makes me smile. I did this with my at that age. Now he is in his third year of university lives with four other guys and he is a darn good cook! But he is a no white flour or sugar all protein dishes body builder kind of guy. Meat and potatoes, lental and pasta no junk food. It does pay off starting young!!! Sending my happy thoughts through the looking-glass.

I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and all they seem to eat is macaroni and cheese. I am going to try this with them. It's a great idea for the crust, to use those refridgerator rolls. I think I've seen it with english muffins too.

I don't know if you plan on having kids in the future, but watching this... I can see that you will make a WONDERFUL mother. You're very nice, beautiful, talented and just a wonderful aunt! Keep on making great recipes, you really are a great cook and a good person! :-)
