Not really, have you even tried it? Each hit you lifeleech and sometimes you maim too.

With MoM and Assault every victim will get maimed and you are gonna lifesteal all the time ;)

Orb effects do not stack.. Lifeleech has the highest priority and will override all other orbs. You will NEVER maim with lifesteal.
