@1FishJelly his drum kit needs no tuning and his cymbals are fine. Its all because his camera microphone clipped on every hit so it just sounds scratchy.
And then adjust the WHOLE kit so, that you can hit every tom and every cymbal, without moving big around. Adjust the cymbals so, that the middle of the cymbal is in one line with your eyes. The snare should be a little bit higher than your knee, so high, that your knee is in one line with it, when you put it up to hit the bass drum. And the floor tom should be on the same height like the snare.
But this is only my adjust. you can make it like you want. Just a tip :)
Watch other covers. I prefer the covers of Trecool30. I have learned much by watching his covers. He made also a cover of 21 Guns.
And last but not least: Your drumkit. In my opinion is it too big for you. Your body is moving around, but you can't play the tom with both sticks. Your whole body is in movement. Adjust your Chair, that your knee has an angle about 90° when you sit on it and your feet are on the floor.
I have made a drum cover of Sacretys "Just be yourself". I have practised it for months, to get this cover. Your cover looks like, if you have play this song for one or two weeks. If you make a bad mistake in a cover like in 3:15-3:17, in 4:03-4:05 or in 4:41-4:43 delete the video, make a new one. I play this song too and often make the same mistake like you, I begin earlier or later with playing before the last Refrain. With a mistake like this, the whole cover is "in ass".

Throw your left cymbal away or try with it some things (turn it around and hit it,...) and try to get a GOOD sound. It must not sound like a crash. It can also sound like a china.
Your Hi-Hat. I don't know, but the sound is... shitty. But it can also be the camera.
Your cover. I like it, if someone don't play the same as Tré. But your cover is so wrong.
It seems you spend more time twirling your drum sticks than you do actually drumming you cocky show-off. Im sorry but your awful! And your drums are awful too... Seriously I didn't even know a symbal could even make a sound like that. The only part where you were good was when you were hitting your Sabian crash cymbal. And thats probably because Sabian is such a good brand. Too good for a drummer like you.
