What's going on at 7:00 to 7:30? are they donating stuff?

also, during minute 16 there are robes of different colors, some bright orange, others more of a mustard. Is there a significance to the different shades?

@jamesejudy3 Hi, at 16.00 he is still not a monk, he has to go through that part to be initiated. The bright orange robes generally identify the monks as urban monks, or city monks here in Thailand. The darker, golden coloured one denote forest monks. In some respects they are regarded more highly as, as far as I know, they are the only ones that have been recognised as Masters or 'Ajarns'.
