I really enjoyed your video, I love how you took time to explain in writing inbetween...I was having issues with the knots staying and worry if they would come aloose so thanks for touching on that. I'm convinced I'm getting this! But question how were you able to wash your hair? I want mine to stay in at least 2 months and how in the world did you remove this did it take long?

@JoJoKitty1 i washed it slowly i didnt do a rubbing motion or aggitate it i put shampoo on my scalp wash im between then in an up and down motion rub the shampoo through the braids trying best not rub an hair to tangle. as for taking out ooh it took likw 15 min just un ravel the foundation or corn braid then all the crotchet will come out in 1 2 3

@srg222 i WOULDNT SWIM IN ANYKIND OF SYNTHETIC HAIR THE REACTION IS THAT IT WILL GET MATTED BECUASEOF THE CHEMICAL CHLORINE . ALSO IT LEAVES A CRAPPY SMELL IF STAYED ON TOO LONG SO NO DONT SWIM IN THIS THOUGH YOU CAN WEAR A SWIN CAP SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS. no synthetic hair or human hair blend CAUSE THAT HAS SYNTHETIC FIBERS HOPE THAT HELPS GOD BLESS

Question: How is this different from cornrow tree braiding?

@xRapturex3 im not a professional but i really dont see too much of a difference is that crotchet is with the tool beign used and tree braids are pulling strands out with your hand really to me they are practically the same but the crotchet is faster and i think crotchet are originally used with crotchet hair thatis pre braided .Now crotchetis beign used with wavy/ curly hair which to me is tree braiding . so iw ould say this way is half the original crotchet braiding and tree braiding in one

@Babbleberry91 i used the full length of the pack if i would guess i would say 24 inches in thepack itself then i cute it to about 20 inches . bra strap length would be about 18 inches. Ima bout to do this on my mother tonight actually. but im cuttign the pack in half to make it shoulder length I hope this helps

short hair maybe 4 hrs lomg hair about 9 hrs

@mizbisi well i used to say i was half natural cause i would only relax my hairline area but that was like 2 yrs agao so now i can say im fully natural I use beeswax or ampro protein styling gel (brown or clear) and work great

My hair is actually in the vids it looks frizzy or course but my ral texture is curly I dont have to do anything it will be curly when i braid my hair for any reason i comb all my curls out to give it a fro appearance cause it holds braid better .

@nonijuicing I USED THE SAME AMOUNT OR TRY TO USE THE SAME AMOUNT EVERY TIME THE SIDES ACTUALLY WAS MY HAIR OUT I LEFT MYHAIRLINE OUT TO BLEND IN SO WHEN THE WIND BLOWS IT WOULDNS SHOW THE CROTCHET PARTS IT WORKED OUT VERY WELL

@TLC1119 yeah after you install a single braid with the needle. how do you keep in. you did some kind of knot thing but i'm niot sure what it was

@nmania3 When i put the hair using the latch hook at 4:32 to keep it in i tied it in a knot like you would do a shoelace and left it alone the weight of the hair will keep it in place some people use glue in the knot but i think that is a bit messy so i would suggest to tie it in a knot then leave it

now if you look at my update video then that when you can use like 3 packs and cut i in half cause it is short

coming straight from the pack it was about 22-24 inches i believe it was more like 24 cause it was long..

i cut ines that the back was about 18 inches whish is about the llast lover bra straop and th efront was cut right at the lower armpit area

no i will was it this week

i will take a shower us shampo and rub it in the hair or glide it rather then repeat with conditioner

gliding it not to rub to tangle but glide

then rinse do that twice each time and im done

it doesnt take long maybe less than a half an hour

I had tree braids it took me longer but this is easier

i had tested it out witht he front hair line part cause i had pout the crotchet in the front so i can see how it comes out it took me 3 secs so it will come out easy when the time comes i will do a vid
