may i ask how long youve been playing, and how you learned to play so well. Im trying to teach myself for a few months now, but i cant play this fluently
i was deciding on this one or the np-60, which i understand has more voices, but has a higher price and alli really want is the grand piano voice,, would you say the np-30 is the way to go? and awesome playing :)
@morabis38 I've never heard of the NP-60, and can't find anything about it on the internet :(, however i would say that the grand piano sound of this is brilliant and very natural, however, also take into account that one day if a song you want to play requires something other then the main voices, you may be a bit stuck
Hi, I'm planning on buying a new keyboard so that I can take it to college with me, and right now I'm currently deciding between the keyboard you're playing here and the Williams Allegro 88 key digital piano. Could you please tell me what you like and dislike about this keyboard, if and when you have a spare moment? I would highly appreciate it :) I really like your playing by the way :)
I'm thinking of buying this for my first gig in Mid - March. I do know how to play piano (as shown on my channel) but, to buy sustain pedal and all other equipment, would you reccomend this? Do you have any knowledge in the field of gigging? Thanks!
(also, this will be the last song for the gig, if i could get a sound like you've got here, i'd be able to sleep with a huge smile on my face xD )
Also, i still can't believe this isnt MIDI, the tone is so full and rich!
You said to someone that you put a cable from your headphone port to the Line In Input to your computer, can you put a splitter on so listen through the headphones whilst also recording through Line In. - reason being I think it will improve the vocals on my videos not having the piano heard on the mic too.
@peeky111 I record using direct input into my computer, by plugging a cable into the headphone jack, and the other end into the line in socket on my pc, you cannot plug it directly into a microphone jack. I have no idea what sustain pedal I have :L, but there all pretty standard :)
@BridgerNinja My mom is gonna buy this piano to me in christmas present, and i am wondering if the recording cable to the headphone and the compuer is coming with when you are buying. If not what cable do you use. I apreciate answer. And sorry for my terrible english.
@JonasM3sic The cable doesn't come with the piano unfortunatley, you will need a 3.5mm cable, with a converter to change one end to a 1/4 inch jack, which will plug into the piano itself.
The piano still works great, like it's brand new! It has a standard sustain pedal jack, which I believe is a 1/4 inch jack, the same sized jack you would find on guitar to amplifier leads.
@franielczyk It's hard to say even semi weighted, but nevertheless, the keys have a great natural movement and feel to them, and the desired key press you want to play comes very easily and naturaly. :)
@Ixamp I would suggest a cheaper keyboard to start of with, just to make sure you are willing to keep up practice, learning etc. The NP30 however is extrememly cheap for what you get, but at the time of my purchase of £220, it's a lot of money to throw away if you became bored of the instrument
Haha, I love how you move your left hand to play the high notes. xD Why didn't you just use your right hand for that? and left hand to play the melody. Anyways, how is the Piano? I might get it. Is it true it is heavy weighted towards the left (low notes) and gets lighter as you go right (higher notes), is this a problem?
Its so cool that your left hand plays like that
