You do know that it is illegal to put OS X on any non-apple machine.

Its not illegal. Its against the EULA of OSX, so far no EULA has been able to stand up in court as a binding document unless you're a corp. client and you have signed an agreement. So called "shrink wrap" EULAs can't be enforced because you can agree to them before you open the box.

No it is the 4G version. After cleanup of the base install there is amount 1.5 GB free disk space.

No, the Eee PC comes NOT with an touch panel out of the box. I have bought it on ebay from a seller in taiwan and build it in myself.

The Tiger install is a version from the OSx86 Project.

Wake up! It's not! There are plenty of videos showing either a touchscreen eee pc or Mac OSX running on an eee pc. And moreover, it's always easy to say something is faked. How could the guy have predicted the position of the mouse pointer every time correctly?
