  • after we subtract 14 days it's it too late since that day has passed... or are we using that date to guess for the next month cycle?

  • Does the lh not show up til the first day of being fertile I have beden tirelessly testing and nothing and by the calculator I'm suppost to be fertile starting tommorow

  • Ones follicular phase varies while the luteal phase remains rather fixed. Ovulation can occur at any time as it can be postponed by stress and other variables. This method in the video is often inaccurate because it assumes that all women have a luteal phase of 14 days. You have to chart using BBT and other methods. Look up Natural Family Planning or Fertility Awareness Method. I recommend Toni Weschler's book Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
