Bach wrote some pieces for pedagogical purposes (practicing), but not this. He wrote this to demonstrate what each diatonic key could do, but even that is a secondary goal - his goal was to write something beautiful.
Difficult piece technically, especially the part of fugue.
I'll not say "Good work", because it is Goulda who plays. It has to be good. I'm impressed.

Practicing what? This was a demonstration for all time of what all the different keys were about. This time I find Gulda a bit too percussive.
