I think it wonderful that you found yourself a thing that makes you happy!! And honestly, although it doesn't matter, the size, dancing will soon definitely make you drop at least some of it which will give you even more energy!! Wish you good luck (I say that cos it was my case as well)

I asked you to post your Mum's video so that I can see her dancing better than this and then I can write comments like you have written on my video . I will see how "sensitive" you will act when the video is up and someone puts a rude comments on it like you have been putting on my videos. Maybe you will tell your Mum not to dance if she gets upset . If I was upset I would have taken my videos off - you still see them , they are not going anywhere.

Given the Average person is not a Pixie size I think this is a GREAT! representation of what Zumba is and who it is for. Meaning: Zumba is for everyone, no matter what size or fitness ability. Zumba is about getting fit and staying fit, we all have to start somewhere. Being thin doesn't necessarily mean healthy!

Some people can be so cruel! Im sorry for the critisism that you've recived... You are doing a wonderful job.. lots of energy, a great smile, nice choreography, and you do a lovely job of keeping your students going. Believe me, I've been dancing for 14 years now & I've been teaching Zumba for 2 years. Don't believe others who criticise you JUST BECAUSE they have personal issues of their own. Thank you for posting this. I may be taking some of your choreography ideas if you don't mind :)

And she is doing so with a joy and enthusiasm that is what ZUMBA is all about - I'm sure she is an inspiration for her class, and a great instructor. I'm sure you are 100% perfect at everything and so get to judge everyone else but please take it elsewhere - Zumba is about the love!
those are not good salsa moves.. but i think she is just doing a version of the female basic..which means right foot first...so the dude is doing the girl part. lol
ha ha ha, awwww give her a break. She was and still is learning, she just moves differently . We move to the left and she to the right but at least she still tries. that's what it is all about. ha ha

Thanks Serena. I love Zumba. I am lucky enough to have Beto as an instructor as I live near calle ocho in Miami. Yes but please send Andrews vids on. Please tell Andrew that the nice thing about the way he dances is that he looks like a heterosexual studly man. Not that there is anything wrong with any other kind of look, but I can relate and appreciate Big Man Andrews style and confidence.
