Not consistently, but probably not because of the rifle, I've shot .375" groups at 100 yards many times w/ heavy barrel version. I'm new to shooting long range rifles so my average is about 1.5" @100, but it proves its capable of better when I let a better shooter try the rifle. I've heard it likes the 175s better like the Buffalo Bore Sniper Ammo. I shot 200 rds in a day & accuracy was still good so cleaning could wait until you get indoors with a table since it's a bitch to take apart.
Nice video and sharp looking rifle. Just one minor correction on your commentary. The FNAR can trace its roots to the Browning BAR Hunting rifle. The M1918 BAR of WW2 fame is a completely different design. They are not related.
Got mine last thursday. It jammed three times. On every third shot. But after I shot thoes first 9 rounds it didn't do it again for the rest of the 40 rounds. I have the heavy barrel version. All the weight of my FNAR balances on my left hand.
Has it jammed yet? Do you run it dry? I have owned 742 and 7400, both in 30-06. I like the looks of this gun, especially the bolt catch. How does the recoil feel?
@neoconpuppet No jams, but have yet to put enough rounds through it to say jam free. Recoil is somewhat stiff but easily manageable. Overall a rugged rifle and top notch on quality :)
@TheMatt1911 Put 30 rounds through it @ 25 yds. @ indoor range :( I have not had the pleasure of firing a FAL or M1A as of yet, but will jump on the first opportunity to do so.

Yes, FNAR's roots are in the BAR, but not the one you're thinking of. It's based on the hunting/civvie BAR, a completely different action/design

Regardless the FNAR looks like a lot of fun.

awsome rifle, i always thought a pistol grip would have complimented the BAR well, have you fired it yet? how does it comepare to a FAL or m1a?
