  • Nice reverb. When subtly adjusted, it does add such a nice touch. Great dirt.

  • That is a kick ass looking engine!! Beautiful work! Thanks for posting!

  • Speakers used are the factory installed QSI dual speakers. Will be exchanged in the near future to the bass reflex speaker which I used in other Locos as well (better sound)

  • Really nice sound. Most realistic ALCO 251 HO model I've heard.

  • Nice!!!!!

  • how do you get the prime mover to rev up without the locomotive moving? It's great!

  • Denis,

Sounds super! What speaker did you use with the tsunami?

  • Model looks great! and the sounds...Wow

which S/T decoder did you use? 12 cyl or 16 cyl? Sorry, but I'd love to get my Alcos to sound just like that. please feel free to email me with your CVs. Thanks

    Cheers

    WC

  • Which soundtraxx speaker did you use?(model#)

  • That is the best weathering job I've ever seen. It actually made me question what's possible in ho scale! @.@

  • Classic Alco. Sounds like a Harley Davidson on steroids! The Tsunami captures the prime mover very well.

  • Very nice job on the detailing. I grew up near the L&H. My grandfather was an engineer there from '39 to '79. I used to see these old engines on a daily basis growing up there. Not easy to tell this from the real thing!!

  • Very Nice model with awesome sound!
