Great video. We have a hard time in SE Idaho with long cold winters. I previously lived and worked in south central Oklahoma. There we could be harvesting tomatoes by the fourth of July. Here, it's usually late August.

after adding the organic matter or compost to the soil can I add Alfalfa in the soil too?

I have a lot of shade and puting aluminum foil and white plastics bellow the plants is working for them to grow faster than the ones without the white or reflective surfaces. The idea is for whatever light that normally hits the ground to bounce to the plants. Don`t know if the aluminum or plastic does any damage though.

any measurements, also I live in central

México so it may not apply to you. Anyway,

the plants without reflective surface are

about half the size of the ones with it and I

get about 4 hours of direct sunlight, also,

my patio has white walls. Hope you

experiment with this!
