If I only had $15-30 to spend, what lures or soft baits would you guys suggest for purchase? I'm going for mostly bass and panfish. Anything that can catch multiple species actually. Any help?

Wal-Mart has a panfish kit for $^.49. It inclueeds hooks bobbers a whole bunch of jigs. its a 101 pice set and with the left over $24 youll have buying it buy an light panfish fishing rod:)

rapala rattlin suspending, storm ALIVE fish, alive scent , any yamamotos and ALIVE worms if those dont work go to to a bait store get red hooks, weighted bobbers (orange) and 50 shiners (bait fish) and youll catch everything my record with shiners is 14 largemouth bass 3 crappies 2 trout and one small mouth
