Honestly was one of the greatest games i played, for its time. I came from not even really being a gamer to going from mmo to mmo, then i played the beta of this game and i loved it to bits. I did buy the retail copy but never got around to installing it until it was far too late and the servers had already gone :( RIP Auto Assault.

I'm always keeping my eyes peeled for an uprising of a private server...and now that I finally got my uber pc built (if some of you remember, I was really trying to get that built during this game's existence) and NOW I have both the pc and the connection that could take this game on with extreme ease! Damn do I wish I could play with the graphics all the way up...instead of all the way down >_<

It was full of bugs. It wasn't advertised enought. There never was enought players online. But Hell was it Unique and FUN to play!!! I'm personaly mad NCsoft f*cked it up so badly. This game never had the recognition it deserved... I played it since the beta and past the imperfetions due to an hard pressed developpement, it was awesome to play. It was unique in 2006 and still today there is no game quite like it. I miss my Mozak replica...i just finished to craft mine when it shut down. :(

@beducorn 2 year old post but I still feel I gotta' let you know that the reason the game failed is because the game wasn't that amazing - Especially when all the developers admitted they didn't enjoy the game. That is also the reason why most dev-companies assign 1 hour a day for the staff to actually play the game, etc.

Unfortunately you weren't at the "right" place during the last few minutes. But seeing as you were only level 7, you would've had a really hard time getting there anyway, without a GM porting you. @autoassult Yea, replaced with another game that also failed... there were a lot of people who were willin to pay into this game and support it, but they didn't want any of their code or services to be given out to anyone. As far as I know, none of the tech used in AA has been used yet in any other game, and this was what... almost five-six years ago now? I miss this game damn it...
