Well actually many ep players occasionally show up on pcl games. And they mostly don't have a problem with our rules (except for my nec's bp :D they can't stand it). Some of them even play pcl tours when a team don't have for example barb.

You should try it sometimes, games are pcl1(2,3 etc), password - x (pcl1///x etc)
