It was later in France that he became involved in Marxism, but he also failed his electronics exams several times. Consequently, he was expelled from school. This likely caused him to be jealous and hateful of scholars since he himself was an academic failure. He never repented for his actions - what a wicked, immoral loser!
Thank you for sharing these very powerful videos. I often watch Night Line but I missed this one. Like Stalin and Mao, Pol Pot was ignorant and evil. All Khmers must remember to never let this happen again!
What a touching story of Lung Ung, and im sure there are millions of khmer with their other side of stories to tell.
