lol are you kidding about the meteorain? becase its rare i even get that on the 3rd disk thats how bad i am at this game lol

lol.. All you have to do to get the higher level limits is use the first of each limit in the level 6-8 times to unlock the second one.. Then kill 60-80 enemies with that character to unlock the next one.. Works like that with everyone but vincent and cait I think.. And obviously the level 4 limits you need to find the item to learn it and have all of the previous limits learned.. Its not really too hard as much as it is time consuming ^_^
