Unown isn't legendary. Just because they come from a different world does not mean they are legendary. And I disagree with Mew having a double. they probably just used the same one throughout the show/movies. Mew is the ancestor of ALL Pokemon and can't possibly have a double. (just an opinion)

Are unown legendary pokemon? I mean they were in that book in the movie but they appear so easily in games and the series. If they're no than together they are pretty powerful beings

They are legendaries, But in the game Pokemon Crystal you need to do special things to make them appear, And in the movie they're like millions of them, So that's why they appear so easily.

Well they may be diffrent forms there still counted as other Unknown, and if there legendary because they come from another world then Solrock and Lunatone count since there from outspace, oh well, it doesnt matter, i guess they can count as legendaries.

There is more than one of multiple legendaries. Articuno, Mew, and Lugia are all examples of this.

There are more than one of Articuno (Orange Islands, Battle Frontier Mountain), Mew (Ocean/Mewtwo friend, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew - and the fact all Pokemon descended from them), and Lugia (Pokemon 2000, male, TV show showed a mother and her baby kidnapped by Rockets during Master Quest.)

@KikiAelita only Mewtwo, Ho Oh, Dialga, Palkia, Raquazza, Giratina and Arceus are definatley known as being unique it is also possible that Kyogre and Groudon are unique aswell

I believe Kyogre and Groudon each have a double at least, but I am not sure. Being that Lugia has more than one, while there is no proof in the show, I believe there may be another Ho-Oh. As for the others, I'm with you as of this moment, with all proof provided, they are unique.

@KikiAelita Ho Oh is unique because in the anime they say that Ho Oh created Suicune, Entei and Raikou from the spirits of pokemon that were going to die when the Ho Oh bell tower was burnt down by humans so Ho Oh and the 3 dogs are Unique
